Check-in
Check-in time is 2 pm. In case of an early arrival you can consider to book the apartment one night before for 50% of the normal rate, to make sure you can check in to your apartment right away.

Check-out
Check-out time is 11 am. In case of a late check-out you can consider to book the apartment one extra night for 50% of the normal rate, to make sure you can stay in your apartment till late.

Deposit
To book your apartment or package a 20% deposit is required.
The balance can be paid at the end of your stay. There are 3 ways to send your deposit:
1. by e-mail; you can either call, send a fax or an e-mail with your credit card number and expiration date. We will book a 20% deposit and send you a confirmation by e-mail.
2. by bank transfer; you can deposit the amount in to our bankaccount at: Maduro & Curiels Bank Bonaire, to: Fimima NV
Account: 10541004 Swift/IBAN: MCBKANCUBON
Please refer to your bookingsnummer which starts with 100XXXX
3. by sending us a bank check by regular mail

Cancellation policy
Cancellation can be made without any charges up till 21 days prior to arrival. We will refund your deposit 100%. In case of a cancellation within 21 days a 3 night penalty applies. In certain cases we will keep your deposit in file for your next stay, without charging the penalty.
