CHECK-IN
Check-in time is 2 pm. In case of an early arrival you can consider to book the apartment one night before to make sure you can check in to your apartment right away.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is 11 am. In case of a late check-out you can consider to book the apartment one extra night to make sure you can stay in your apartment till late.

DEPOSIT
To book your apartment or package a 20% deposit is required.
The balance can be paid at the end of your stay. You can pay as follows:

By credit card
You can either call, send a fax or an e-mail with your credit card number and expiration date.
We will book a 20% deposit and send you a confirmation by e-mail.

By bank transfer
You can deposit the amount in to our bankaccount, our bank details are:

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation can be made without any charges up till 21 days prior to arrival. We will refund your deposit 100%. In case of a cancellation within 21 days a 20% penalty applies. In certain cases we will keep your deposit in file for max. 6 months, which can be used for your next stay, without charging the penalty.
